SMART Living Donation

SMART Living part of LinkLiving Fife, an organisation who “help people to manage the challenges of everyday life, to take advantage of opportunities and to be in control”, visited TiF at The Oasis Project to talk about a new training course on Friday 13th May.
Support workers were accompanied by Rebecca (a volunteer) who had recently completed a 12 week training course with SMART living. Rebecca had spent her placement with SMART Living and had enjoyed it so much she stayed on as a volunteer. The group spoke to the residents about the opportunities available to them and the benefits of the course.
After the presentation, the SMART Living team donated monies raised by doing a sponsored half marathon run along the promenade in Kirkcaldy. Staff and residents were delighted with the donation and thank LinkLiving Fife for their support.
